Tottenham Hotspur FC grounds manager Darren Baldwin has chosen a SISIS tractor mounted brush combination of a Zig Zag brush and Flexibcomb which have been fitted to a Twinplay frame for use on both the synthetic and natural surfaces at the club's new training ground in Enfield.

Natural and artificial sports ground contractor, White Horse Contractors, continually invest in specialised plant and machinery. This policy has seen the Northern arm of the company recently purchase a SISIS Brush-Pro ride-on brushing system and SISIS SSS1000 towed rotary brush sweeper for all regular synthetic surface maintenance contracts.

The SISIS Brush-Pro ride-on brushing system has been chosen by Leicester City Football Club for all regular synthetic surface maintenance at the club's Belvoir Drive training ground. The machine, specifically designed for maintaining synthetic surfaces, will be used on the full size 3G pitch as well as the 80m x 60m indoor pitch.

Dennis and SISIS will again be exhibiting and demonstrating their range of world class turf maintenance equipment at Saltex 2012. Visitors to the stand will be able to view an upgraded and improved version of the SISIS ride-on brush system which is designed specifically for the maintenance of synthetic surfaces.

The SISIS Flexicomb has 60 sets of polypropylene bristles which can be made stiffer or softer by adjusting the crossbar. On synthetic surfaces the Flexicomb ensures even distribution of infill material and lifts the pile. The Flexicomb is very effective on natural turf and can, depending on the chosen setting, be used as a brush or as a rake.
