A dual purpose brushing system that is ideally suited to either a sand or rubber crumb maintenance programme. Comprising of a pair of oscillating brush units, the OSCA 3 allows for periodic aggressive brushing to be undertaken to agitate the upper infill level helping reduce compaction, encourage fibres to stand upright and reduce the risk of contamination and surface water.
By switching off the pto, the brush system can be used as a conventional dragbrush for the more regular light brushing programme to help stand up the fibres and to move the infill around to create a level surface. Moving the infill around through a brushing programme helps to minimise the threat of moss and algae.

At just 34 years old, Aylestone Park Football Club’s head groundsman Nathan Cramp has already dedicated over half his life to the turf industry. His journey began at the very same club he now maintains -starting as an apprentice groundsman at the age of 16 while also playing for Aylestone Park. After leaving in 2016 to broaden his experience, he returned in May 2024 to take charge of the club’s extensive facilities and help restore the site to its full potential.

Loughborough University recently played host to the Synthetic Surfaces Seminar, organised by Syn-Pro by SISIS, part of the Howardson Group.
The event brought together over 60 delegates eager to enhance their understanding of synthetic sports surfaces, covering a comprehensive agenda from environmental impacts to maintenance practices.
Syn-Pro by SISIS is gearing up for GroundsFest 2024, set to take place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on September 10 and 11. You can find Syn-Pro by SISIS in Outdoor Area A on stand OSA170, where a wide range of advanced synthetic turf maintenance products will be on display.

James Mathewson, Head Groundsperson at Colliers Park National Football Development Centre in Wrexham, has found a game-changer in the Syn-Pro by SISIS Osca 3 for the upkeep of their synthetic pitch.

A range of products from Syn-Pro by SISIS will be on display at FSB, which takes place in Cologne from 24 – 27 October.
