There is a need to avoid cross contamination when carrying out a maintenance regime on a synthetic surface. This can often occur if an existing ride-on is used to tow brushes that have both been previously used on a natural grass pitch. Not only is this mandatory to maintain FIFA accreditation, but also common sense.
The SISIS Rosca ride-on brush system is self propelled unit, with an 11.5hp engine. It drives a pair of mid mounted oscillating brush units for thorough, periodic brushing and three rear mounted brushes for routine frequent use. In operation the brushes stand the carpet fibres up and redistributes the infill, minimising compaction on the surface and improving its performance. For ease of transportation, and
storage, the outer brushes fold inwards The Rosca also carries the option of an LPG gas conversion.
The SISIS Rosca is a nice, effective, simple machine that is very straightforward for anyone to use. A tow bar at the rear enables the pulling of a dragmat, for example, or another piece of sisis equipment. An example of which could be the SISIS SSS1000. This is a towed rotary brush, to compliment the
Rosca, and would restore the surface to maximum performance and life. The unit is complete with a hopper that collects the infill; removing any debris from the surface and sifts the infill via its stainless steel mesh bottom. The clean infill material is then returned to the carpet. The height of the brush can be adjusted hydraulically depending on the intensity required and to accommodate brush wear. It takes just seconds to fit or remove the SSS1000 unit from the Rosca, or it can be used with any compact Tractor of 12Hp and above.
